This restaurant should take a course in business etiquette.I placed my order for delivery the girl told me it would be 35 mins. It was 50 mins.and still no food. I called the restaurant to inquire about my order she proceeded to interrupt me while I was explaining myself. Instead of apologising for the inconvenience and assuring me that it was on the way. She argued with me and made me feel like it was my own fault. I am very displeased with the service they offer. I have eaten there once before in the restaurant. The food was very good. I cancelled my order and the delivery driver still showed up to deliver the food I refused it and he decided he was going to insist and down right harass me for it. I asked to speak to the Mgr and she said no Mgr.I will call back later to lodge my full complaint.I am also advising if this restaurant would like to be successful they should listen to the customer first. It is our money you want. Very bad performance.

I am very disappointed with Chin Chin after giving it a try of 10 times. We order the same thing each time-tofu lettuce wraps and Singapore rice noodles. We are charged differently on different days varying from 19 to 24. My spouse wants his noodles dry and they cannot get it right. I always say no nuts since I am allergic, but was given a large amount of pine nuts tonight on my lettuce wraps. Their person at the front , Tiffany, does not care. Her attitude shows when I place an order. We would have returned the food tonight but were too tired. Chin Chin is very inconsistent and dangerous to my health.

Good, attentive service. Posh interior, which was surprising given the storefront. We ordered each ordered an egg roll, but the waitress misunderstood us and brought us each an order of egg rolls, which was two rolls to an order. The presentation was nice -- each roll was cut on the bias and served with sweet and sour sauce. The egg rolls had a good, hearty filling that was pleasing, if a touch too peppery. The General Tso's chicken had a rich, sweet brown sauce with a nice hint of spice. It was plated with broccoli and zucchini, which I've never seen before. My husband ordered the sesame chicken, which had a good flavor but was a little bland, especially compared to my dish. These were hearty portions and a good deal for the price of the dish -- $10.50 or so. They also offer sushi, hibachi, and Thai curry dishes.

Thank you for coming here in Montgomery! You are the best Chinese/Japanese/Thai around. Advertise more so the people will know where you are located. I know I tell everybody I know about you. Chin Chin you are Montgomery's secret.
